Maximum occupancy limits must be strictly respected. Exceeding the maximum number of guests may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and additional charges.

Long-term Rentals
Long-term rentals (monthly and yearly) are subject to the following terms:
All applicants must successfully pass comprehensive background and credit checks. Additional requirements may include income verification, rental history, and employment verification.
Security deposits are required as specified in the lease agreement. Deposits are held in accordance with state law and will be returned within the legally required timeframe, minus any deductions for damages or unpaid rent.

Tenants must comply with all property rules, community guidelines, and local ordinances. Violations may result in lease termination.
Tenants are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition and reporting maintenance issues promptly. Normal wear and tear is expected, but damage beyond normal wear may result in charges.

Security Deposits
